Refund and Returns Policy


Because every item in our shop is custom made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Please double-check your order details (size, color, shipping address, etc.) before checking out. Once your order is placed, it goes directly into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at achime – at- advancedmaternal.com with the following information:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or front desk first. For undelivered orders, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
